A practising lawyer since 1997, he has devoted much of his career to advising companies on civil, commercial, and employment matters. Over his 28-year professional career, he has gained extensive experience in procedural law, working across all jurisdictions. He currently focuses on real estate law, with practical non-litigation work, drawing on over 10 years of experience as Legal Director at Valmesa, one of Spain’s leading valuation companies. During this period, in 2007, he obtained the title of ‘Expert in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development’ awarded by the Institute of Business Practice.
A practising lawyer since 1998, he has carried out management and advisory work.
A practising lawyer since 1998, he has managed, advised on, and drafted planning instruments, as well as executed and overseen more than 35 Integrated Action Programmes within the Valencian Community and Replotting Projects across various sectors. His experience includes the approval and modification of Partial Plans and the Urban Renewal of areas with diverse land uses. Having completed over 50 residential, commercial, and industrial urban development projects, Raúl is well-equipped to maximise your opportunities across multiple areas of the real estate sector.

He began his career as Deputy Director of golf academies and, for the past five years, has been dedicated to asset management and urban planning advisory on the Costa del Sol. Since 2024, he has been leading our Málaga office as Asset Manager and Financial Controller.
